    Pros +

    • Friendly accommodating staff
    • This was the best hotel I had ever stayed at in Tokyo. It was easy to find, the location itself is great (roughly between Asakusa and Ueno, closer to the former), and the apartment was large, clean, very well designed, and extremely comfortable. It was provided with a kitchenette, washing machine, a modern "tatami room" space, and two huge beds. What is not common elsewhere, there was also a table and chairs provided, making it feel like you are staying at an apartment rather than a usual "hotel room". We had a very restful stay.
    • This hotel is near a 7-11 and Ginza line which is about 2-3 minute walk. It’s an apartment style that provides a kitchenette with dish ware, washer/dryer, microwave & fridge/freezer. The room we stayed in included a tatami room. This room was very spacious for a family of 4. Asakusa Senso-ji is about a 12 min walk, Rox supermarket is a 6-8 min walk. This is a great hotel.

    Cons -

    • I wish there were more eatery places close by but it’s still worth it.
    • Unfortunately you could easily hear the foot steps of the people above you
    • In the room description, it stated two bathrooms, but it only had one. Then later on notice outside of the room near the elevators, I saw a public restroom on my floor.

    Large rooms and good location

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and I love it. The staff are very helpful and kind—they answered all my questions during booking and granted my requests. The location is great, with lots of restaurants around the area. Highly recommended!

I liked the location; the staff were nice; & the room was clean.

In the room description, it stated two bathrooms, but it only had one. Then later on notice outside of the room near the elevators, I saw a public restroom on my floor.

It’s apartment style, very roomy for my family of 4. There’s kitchen with stoves so we can make some small quick meals. and washing machine and detergent was provided. It is very comfortable

It’s on the pricey side, and the location is not as nice as expected, also a bit far from where we want to go.

Location is near the Ginza Line station, Kappabashi Dougu-gai, restaurants and shopping area. Great for families with young children. Staff was very helpful but overworked (only 1 person on the Front desk). Best kept secret in Asakusa !

    No Spa.

It would be better if the room were on a higher floor. The hotel is great, though. Great location! Very close to the subway station. Close to the shopping area. Have a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it is a great exeperience.

If the room was on a higher floor, that would be better.

Great location, large room for Tokyo, clean apartment with well stocked kitchen, comfy beds.

    10JeffreyPosted on: 11-30-2025

Location, space (was very large for Japanese hotels), staff were friendly and accommodating

    10AnnyPosted on: 11-24-2025

Very clean, modern with great attention to detail in room design. Rooms have good very good storage space, under beds, in drawers, some hanging space. Bathroom has 3 towel bars + hooks, the most I’ve seen in any hotel! Beds, pillows, very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchenette, washer- dryer and the self service coffee bar, towels and amenities. We stayed 9 nights, room cleaning done every 3 days which work very nicely. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you for the room on a high floor. Will definitely return.

Minor note- Lobby is very small so there is no seating.

    10ElizabethPosted on: 11-19-2025

Convenient location to the subway, having a washing machine/dryer in our room, efficient staff who moved our luggage to the next hotel, willingness of the staff to hold our luggage on our last day. Size of the room.

    9AnnyPosted on: 11-17-2025

Great place to stay. Attention to detail in room design and comfort. Hotel provides little things that make your stay most comfortable. Help yourself to extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee and many amenities. Good storage space in room and finally, a hotel with plenty of towel bars. Spacious for 2 people. Staying 9 nights so it was nice to unpack and rest well. Our room on 8th floor had plenty of natural light and a view of Tokyo Skytree. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

    8ElizabethPosted on: 11-3-2025

    Nice room after free upgrade.

Not a good location in terms of being a first time tourist in Tokyo.

    9ShelleyPosted on: 11-2-2025

I booked a deluxe room and it was super roomy, in terms of Japanese hotel standards. The room was just as pictured and described. We loved having a dining space, a kitchen area, and especially the separated tatami room. We used the tatami room as a sleeping area for our toddler and it worked perfectly to give us the privacy we needed during her naps and when she went to bed early. The hotel is also only a block away from the Tawaramachi station, so very convenient to go on the Ginza line. Overall, we’re super satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back!

The only thing I would note is that there is a fire station nearby, so sirens from ambulances could be heard frequently throughout the day. It wasn’t too bad, but definitely being a sound machine if you’re sensitive to noise (especially for kids).

Perfect location, easy access to subway system and the Asakusa shopping areas, very friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms and amenities.

    9AvivPosted on: 10-26-2025

Perfect hotel for families, rooms are well-equipped and have everything a traveler needs for an extended stay in Tokyo. The Staff are friendly and responsive to any requests.

The doors of the rooms open in the opposite direction of the coridor. It was verey difficult to get in with the staff.

Very nice residence inn with great location in Asukusa and each access to subway line. They generously allowed us to store large bicycle cases in their storage area for multiple weeks. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The price per night went up as I stayed there multiple times.
